As a Landscape Carpenter, you will be responsible for building and installing a variety of outdoor structures while supporting overall job site operations. This role combines carpentry with general landscape construction tasks, contributing to high-quality project delivery from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Construct decks, fences, pergolas, sheds, and other outdoor structures
• Perform a mix of carpentry and landscaping tasks including interlock pavers, retaining walls, and garden beds
• Assist with the construction of patios, retaining walls, steps, garden beds, water features, and poolscapes
• Read and interpret landscape drawings and ensure work meets design specifications
• Operate tools and equipment such as saws, compactors, skid steers, and other construction equipment
  
• Work collaboratively with Foremen, Lead Hands, and crew members to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain a safe and organized job site with attention to detail and quality
• Perform finishing work to ensure all projects meet LP standards

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in landscape construction and carpentry
• Must have extensive experience with decks, fences, pergolas, sheds, and other common structures involved in outdoor landscapes
• Experience with landscaping tasks such as interlock pavers, retaining walls, and garden beds
• Strong understanding of hardscape installation, grading, and general construction practices
• Proficient with construction tools and equipment
• Valid G-Class Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary and Benefits

• Full-time position
• Year round work that may include winter snow removal, Spring project prep, or special projects such as shop renovations
• Competitive annual salary ranging from CA$65,000 to CA$85,000 based on experience
