Join LP Landscape Plus Inc. and help keep our communities safe this winter! We're looking for dependable Salt Truck Drivers to apply salt and de-icing materials during snow and ice events. Work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a team that values safety, reliability, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Operate salt trucks to apply salt or de-icing materials to designated routes
• Drive trucks for snow haulage shifts as needed
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and complete reports
• Safely navigate routes in varying winter conditions
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
• Remain on-call and ready to respond to snow or ice events

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum G driver's license required
• D, DZ, or AZ license preferred
• Clean driving record (abstract may be required)
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Experience with salting or winter driving is an asset (training provided)
