Join LP Landscape Plus Inc. and help keep our communities safe and accessible this winter! We're looking for reliable Snow Plow Operators to operate plows, loaders, and skid steers during snow events. Work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a team that takes pride in quality and safety.

What You'll Do:

• Operate 73-126 HP front end loader snow plow equipment
• Be cross-trained with other equipment and salting activities
• Operate snow plows, front-end loaders, skid steers, or sidewalk tractors
• Clear snow and apply salt or sand to designated areas
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
• Be available and ready to respond during snow events (day or night)

What We're Looking For:

• 2 to 4 years experience as a Snow Plow Operator or in a similar role
• Experience operating snow removal equipment is an asset
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Available and dependable during snow and ice events
