You'll assist in supervising the crew, help manage materials and equipment, and ensure that all work meets LP's high standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid experience who is ready to grow into a future leadership position. <h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assist the Crew Leader in day-to-day project execution</li><li>Support crew coordination and site logistics</li><li>Install hardscape and softscape features: pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, grading, planting, etc.</li><li>Operate compactors, saws, skid steers, and other construction equipment safely</li><li>Monitor jobsite safety and quality standards</li><li>Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment</li><li>Communicate issues and progress clearly to the Crew Leader</li><li>Help train and guide junior crew members</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient worksite</li></ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>2 or more years of experience in landscape or construction projects</li><li>Proficiency with construction equipment and tools</li><li>Valid G-Class Driver's License and reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to read plans and take direction effectively</li><li>Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather</li><li>Team-oriented and eager to grow professionally</li></ul> Salary and Benefits<ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Competitive hourly wage at CA$ 21 to CA$ 28 based on experience&nbsp;</li><li>Health, dental, vision, and prescription coverage after 3 months</li><li>RRSP matching program after 12 months</li><li>Monthly paid team events (golf, lake days, BBQs, etc.)</li><li>Paid professional development and career training</li><li>Celebrations for birthdays, milestones, and work anniversaries</li><li>Company-sponsored charity and volunteer initiatives</li></ul> LP Landscape Plus Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
