You'll work alongside a skilled team to install patios, walkways, retaining walls, gardens, and other landscape features, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, pays attention to detail, and wants to be part of a close-knit, motivated crew. Prior landscape construction experience is an asset, but we're open to fast learners with the right attitude. <h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assist in the construction of hardscape features, including patios, retaining walls, steps, and pool surrounds</li><li>Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job sites</li><li>Operate power tools, compactors, saws, and other construction equipment safely and effectively</li><li>Support the crew lead and follow instructions to ensure work is completed on time and on budget</li><li>Perform site clean-up and material organization</li><li>Participate in equipment maintenance and seasonal setup</li><li>Uphold company safety and quality standards at all times</li></ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in landscape construction or general construction is an asset</li><li>Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs, digging, and operating equipment</li><li>Valid G-Class Driver's License and reliable transportation</li><li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic</li><li>Willingness to work in outdoor conditions, including heat, rain, and cold</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship</li><li>Team-oriented mindset and clear communication skills</li></ul> <h3>Salary and Benefits</h3><ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Competitive hourly wage at CA$ 18.50 to CA$ 22 based on experience</li><li>Health, dental, vision, and prescription coverage after 3 months</li><li>RRSP matching program after 12 months</li><li>Monthly paid team events (golf, lake days, BBQs, etc.)</li><li>Paid professional development and career training</li><li>Celebrations for birthdays, milestones, and work anniversaries</li><li>Company-sponsored charity and volunteer initiatives</li></ul> LP Landscape Plus Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
